Placing Orders

  • Orders are subject to acceptance by Pascheal’s.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing errors).

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Payment

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

  • By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed amount for your order.

  • All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

​Click & Collect - Same Day

 

 

For items purchased via Click & Collect, the following rules apply:

​

  • Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) when collecting.

  • Collection only – no postal delivery is available.

  • Orders must be collected during our opening hours.

  • Orders must be collected at least 2 hours before closing time.

  • If an order is not collected at least 2 hours before closing, the item may be returned to stock and resold.

  • A £5 deposit is included in the price. This deposit is non-refundable if the order is not collected. It secures the item for same-day collection only and is proportionate to the item price.

  • Customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase or identification when collecting.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to collect their order in line with these terms.

  • In the event of unexpected store closure or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact customers to arrange a refund, including the deposit where applicable.

By placing a Click & Collect order, you agree to these terms. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.

Returns & Refunds

Pricing & Availability

  • We aim to ensure product prices and availability are accurate, but errors may occur.

  • If a product price is listed incorrectly, we will notify you and give the option to cancel or proceed with the corrected price.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pascheal’s is not liable for:

    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

    • Losses caused by delays or interruptions in delivery

  • Our liability for faulty products is limited to replacement, repair, or refund as stated in Returns & Refunds.
