Returns & Refunds Policy

Pascheal’s Limited (“Pascheal’s,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) sells groceries online. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and our process for returning items, requesting refunds, and handling perishable goods.

Eligible Returns

  • You may request a refund for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Perishable items (fresh groceries, dairy, meat, baked goods) cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Non-perishable items (canned goods, packaged groceries, household items) can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in their original, unopened condition.

How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us at info@pascheals.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Details of the items you wish to return

    • A description of the issue (e.g., damaged, faulty, incorrect)

  • We may request photos or evidence of damaged or faulty items to process your refund.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we have received and inspected returned items (or verified the issue for perishable items).

  • Refunds may take several days to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

Returns for Non-Perishable Items

  • Non-perishable items eligible for return should be sent back in their original packaging and in good condition.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Perishable Items

  • If a perishable item arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@pascheals.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a refund depending on availability and the situation.

Exchanges

  • We do not normally offer exchanges for perishable items due to freshness concerns.

  • Exchanges for non-perishable items can be arranged by contacting info@pascheals.com.

Exceptions

  • Items that are custom-made, personalized, or prepared to order are non-returnable, unless faulty.

  • Items returned outside of these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
