Eligible Returns

Perishable items (fresh groceries, dairy, meat, baked goods) cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-perishable items (canned goods, packaged groceries, household items) can be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in their original, unopened condition.

Returns for Non-Perishable Items

Non-perishable items eligible for return should be sent back in their original packaging and in good condition.

Perishable Items

Exchanges

We do not normally offer exchanges for perishable items due to freshness concerns.

Exceptions

Items that are custom-made, personalized, or prepared to order are non-returnable, unless faulty.
