Our online grocery store welcomes users of all ages. While we do not specifically target children, our services are not directed toward users under the age of 16 without parental guidance. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Pascheal's Rewards (the Loyalty Programme) membership is only available to persons aged 18 and over. Date of birth is collected from loyalty members for the purposes of age verification and Birthday Alabaster rewards.

Zapier — our automation provider, used to process Pascheal's Rewards events such as Pearls updates, Alabaster issuance, and account management (loyalty members only).

Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

Account information — until you request deletion, or up to 5 years after last use.

Payment and transaction records — for 7 years, to comply with UK financial regulations.

Analytics and cookies data — for no more than 18 months.

Pascheal's Rewards data — until you close your Programme account, or up to 24 months after your last qualifying activity, whichever is sooner.
